Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at ondtrend@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ondtrend@gmail.com so we can resolve it.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items Opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
